Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to banking products and services.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (6 pm - 3 am) from Monday to Saturday.
