About this role
Hiring: Cutover Manager & Training Analyst
Duration: 12 Months Contract+ ext
Location: India Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end cutover plans.
- Coordinate business & IT teams during cutover and Go-Live.
- Develop training strategy, content and end-user enablement.
- Track readiness, risks and dependencies.
- Support hypercare and transition activities.
Requirements:
Experience in Cutover/Go-Live, Training & Business Readiness, with strong stakeholder management skills.
SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
