Job Title: Tech Support – Voice Process
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced professionals for a Tech Support Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide technical support over voice calls.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and update service requests accurately.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
- Age: Up to 30 years.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift & Benefits:
- Rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Salary: Up to ₹34,000 CTC / ₹28,000 take-home.
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility.
- Location: ITPL, Bangalore.
