Job Title: Customer Support & TL - Customer Support
Position Type: Ciel HR Payroll
Location: PAN India
Experience: 1 Year in BSFI / Service supervisor / Service
Education: Any Graduate
Benefits: 2nd & 4th Holiday Saturday
Timing: 9 AM TO 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walkin customers, promote digital banking
- Welcome customers, guide on YONO/UPI/ATM, support transactions, educate on products, ensure service
- Manage Grahak Mitras across branches
- Monitor performance, branch visits, ensure service standards, reporting, coaching
