About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and email. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat and email support channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Work Details

• Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office

• Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (IST)
