Customer Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and voice calls.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, answer questions about products or services, and provide solutions to problems
  
  Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in FinTech/NBFC/Banking under Customer Support environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work on non-voice processes (email/chat) as well as voice support.
