Role & responsibilities : Must possess excellent communication skills with ability to tackle harsh callers, phonetic skills and excellent etiquites Must work in night shift only. To provide support for International Phone and Email Channels Provide world class customer service to the clients Resolve queries flagged by clients, vendors and providers Deliver the project KPIs and SLAs Detailed Research and Analysis Skills

Preferred candidate profile : US Health care experience is added advantage, international Process, Night Shift, Rotational Shift
