Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice & Upselling

Location: Gurgaon (Downtown)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support or related domain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a voice process
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Willingness to work in night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions through voice support.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining service standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Shift Details:

• Night Shift (6:30 PM onwards)

Transportation:

• Both-side cab facility provided.
