Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Handle customer queries through inbound calls
Assist customers with banking-related queries
Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information related to banking products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain polite and effective communication.
- Follow process and quality guidelines.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Escalate issues whenever required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

WORK SCHEDULE
6 Days Working
1 Rotational Week Off
Female Candidates:
Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Male Candidates:
Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM
