Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction ratings.
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
