• Conduct tele-counselling sessions to guide customers on service usage.
• Promote and sell products or services to potential customers through outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
