Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  
• Resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and fairly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (UK).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours/escalated situations.
