Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer requirements through RFQs and technical documents.
• Perform requirement mapping, gap analysis, and risk assessment.
• Manage customer and supplier documentation, compliance records, and revision control.
• Handle customer B2B portals and compliance platforms.
• Review engineering reports related to FEA, CFD, Acoustics, and NVH.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Supplier teams.
• Track requirements, actions, engineering changes, and project timelines.
• Support supplier registration processes and customer compliance activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
• 3-8 years of automotive industry experience.
• Knowledge of Powertrain, Engine Components, or Exhaust Systems.
• Experience in RFQ interpretation, requirement management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience with CAD, Siemens NX / UG NX.
• Familiarity with FEA, CFD, Acoustics, or NVH reports.
• Experience managing customer portals and supplier/customer documentation.
