About this role
You'll be the first point of contact for Nextel's customers — helping them set up their AI agents, troubleshoot issues, and get the most out of the platform. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founding team and have real impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email and chat within SLA
- Help new customers onboard and configure their Sid AI Agents
- Identify, document and escalate bugs and product issues to the tech team
- Maintain and update help center articles based on recurring queries
- Collect customer feedback and share product improvement insights with the team
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech product
- Excellent written communication in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and basic tech troubleshooting
- Patient, empathetic and highly organised
- Bonus: Prior experience with WhatsApp Business API or marketing automation tools
