Assist customers with order status, payments, appointments, delivery, or service-related queries.
Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the concerned senior team member.
Achieve assigned customer service, follow-up, and response-time targets.
Collect customer feedback and share important observations with management

Language Requirements :

For Chennai: Tamil and English are required; Hindi will be an advantage.

For Bengaluru: Kannada and English are required; Hindi or Tamil will be an advantage.
