Customer Support Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and/or non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned performance targets and maintain process accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Salary: 19,000 TO 37,000 in-hand per month, depending on the process and candidate profile.
