Handle customer interactions through Voice / Chat support

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Document customer interactions accurately

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both eligible

*Salary Slab*

Freshers :- 26k CTC to 32k CTC

Experienced :- 32k CTC to 46k CTC

(Salary depends on your English communication and your Experience)

5 days working

Majorly night shifts (rotational) & 2 week offs

10 hours/day including 1 hour break

Cab facility for eligible night shifts only

No leaves allowed during first 3 months (except weekly offs)
