Customer Support Representative

US Telecom | International Non-Voice | 1+ year exp.

Roles & responsibilities

• Resolve international customer queries over chats.
• Ability to handle multiple chats at a time. 
• Interact with customers to resolve billing issues.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Upsell or cross-sell telecom products.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ year international BPO experience in voice process
• Graduation not mandatory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible working in rotational / night shifts
