Customer Support Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve performance targets related to customer service, quality, and productivity.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Graduate, undergraduate, or diploma holders, as per process requirements.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
