Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries regarding internet issues, troubleshooting and related network issues.
• Resolve customer queries over inbound calls.
• Interact with customers to resolve networking, troubleshooting and related issues.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate

• Min. 1yr experience in the International Voice from International BPO is mandatory!!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduation not mandatory.
• Flexible working in rotational shifts/ week-off.
