Job Title: Customer Support Experts PSHD (International)

• Work Schedule: 5 Days/week, Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
• Night Shift: 1 Cab facility available (ONLY ODD HOURS)
• Location: Sector 142, Noida

About the Role:

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused Experts for International desks within the Travel/Airline/OTA

segment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team providing world-class support to

customers. The PSHD Executive is responsible for proactively managing service recovery for customer incidents

reported by Cabin Crew, Airport Operations Staff, and other frontline teams. The role involves investigating

incidents, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely customer communication, and preventing

escalations through effective resolution and service recovery.

Key Responsibilities: Incident Management, Customer Recovery, Case Logging & Escalation Handling

Preferred Experience

Min 1 Year of experience in International Customer Service, Service Recovery, Contact Centre

Operations, Airport Operations, or Airline Customer Experience with Airline / OTA (Flight Support) in

EU / North America / LATAM region

• Experience in handling escalations and customer complaints is preferred.
• Exposure to airline operations and disruption management will be an added advantage.
