Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve queries within defined timelines.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and meet process KPIs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Achieve daily/monthly targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills for international voice processes.
• Good Hindi/regional language + English communication for domestic processes.
• Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/software applications.
• Customer service or BPO experience is preferred, but freshers can also be considered based on the requirement.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for international processes.

Eligibility

• Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate as per process requirement.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
• Age: 18-35 years, subject to client requirements.
