Responsibilities.
Responsible for Telecalling to the clients. Manage outgoing and incoming calls. Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company. Document all call information and update the same in Tracker. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls. Follow up customer calls where necessary. Requirements.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory. Proficient in relevant computer applications. Knowledge of customer service. Excellent data entry and typing skills. Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately. Should know how to work on excel. Details.
Job Type:Full-time.
Salary:15,000.00 20,000.00 per month.
Schedule:Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM).
