Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through calls, chat, email, or web-chat.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet client-defined service level expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

• H.S.C / Graduate
• 1-6 years of experience in an International BPO / Customer Support environment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required

Preferred

• Experience in Healthcare, Finance, Technical Support, Travel, or Up-selling processes
• Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days
