• Freshers & Experienced candidates
• Good English Communication Skills
• Immediate Joiners Required
• No Leave for the First 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice/blended channels
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines and performance standards

Shift Timing:

• Male Candidates: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Female Candidates: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary:

• Freshers: 13,800 - 14,900 In-Hand
• Experienced: 19,500 - 20,500 CTC / 14,691 - 15,691 In-Hand
• PF Contribution: 3,222
• ESIC & Medical Insurance
