Customer Support Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Non-Tech degree graduates are welcome to apply
