Customer Support Intern

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and tickets.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely support.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain customer interaction records.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Learn and work with FinTech products and processes.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hindi is mandatory.
• Any one regional language: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Bengali.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working evening shifts.
• Customer-focused and willing to learn.
