Customer Support Intern

What you'll do

• Own customer issues from first contact to final resolution across chat, phone, and email.
• Investigate problems thoroughly and identify the root cause - not just the visible issue.
• Collaborate directly with store teams, pharmacists, riders, tech, and leadership to resolve customer concerns.
• Surface recurring issues and help improve products, processes, and operations.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Hindi; any other regional language is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to see issues through.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
• Experience handling high-pressure situations is preferred but not mandatory.

Practical Details:

• Based in our Domlur (Old Airport Road) office or at our stores. This is an in-office role.
• Six-day work week with rotating day and night shifts.
