Customer Support - Inside Sales

Key Purpose of the Job :

Maintain order information and co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

i) Maintain order related information and publish it regularly

• Escalate any order proactively which is likely to be pending for more than 48 Hrs for entry due to commercial/ technical clarity to marketing and business managers.
• Circulate on a daily basis open orders, orders entered data to marketing and business managers.
• Prepare CN Quotation for OEM project orders.
• Create weekly dispatch planning in coordination with production planning and ensure its compliance.
• Knowledge on ISO procedure.
• Ability to learn and grasp.
• Analitical Ability

ii)Co-ordinate with customers, OTC and customer identified third party as needed.

Provide data on customer delivery commitment to marketing on new orders by reviewing with OTC team based on backlog, lead time etc.

Perform contract review.

Handle commercial issues.

Coordinate with the OTC, customer, customer identified third party inspection agency to plan for inspection of finished products optimally.
