CSE profile starts with handling client query related to generalize accounting software. Require to provide telephonic or online support for software installation, training on the software and other routine queries including accounting queries. Provide client support while trouble shooting like printer setup query etc. Handle complaints or objections if any and report or escalate the same to the next level for further solution. Handle frequent reviews and follow-ups with clients as per need. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
