About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries related to banking services.
- Process payments, perform transactions, and provide accurate information on account balances and services offered by the bank.
- Troubleshoot issues with payment processing systems and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-12 years of experience in a similar role within an international voice process environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, products, and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
