Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Target Audience: Any graduates (BCOM, BCA, BBA, BA, 10+2+3) with 1 years’ experience in the insurance domain, any undergraduate with minimum 3 years of experience (In insurance domain) can apply

   

  Locations of work: Pune

   

  Pre-requisites:

   

  Candidate must be an Indian citizen

  Candidates should not have any backlogs for participating in the hiring process

  Candidate needs to possess good communication skills

  Candidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any of the mentioned Mphasis operating locations

  Candidate needs to be flexible working in night shift as per business requirement.

   

  Profile/Designation: Customer Service Officer (Level 2)

   

  Skills:

  Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal)

  Good interpersonal and listening skills

  Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel

  Must have basic computer skills (Navigation and toggling between multiple screens)

  Must have good typing speed with 30-35 WPM with 90% accuracy

  Must be willing to work in flexible shifts (Night Shifts), multitask and be adaptable to change

  Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.

  High attention to detail and strong navigation skills

  Proven experience in insurance domain

   

  Job Description:

   

  Processing tasks/loans assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.

  Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence

  Meet daily/Weekly targets and deadlines

  Make Outbound calls to carriers and financial institutions to obtain customer information

  Adhering to company compliances and policies

   

  
  

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in international voice process (US Voice Process) or similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English language for effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to work on immediate joining basis without any prior notice period.
