WE ARE HIRING CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (VOICE PROCESS)

Location: Thiruverkadu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: Up to 21,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries.
• Provide accurate information regarding shipments and delivery-related concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Hindi-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or a call centre is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply, subject to selection.
