Salary Details: 34K CTC - Up To 40K CTC + Performance based Incentives

Shifts : 5 Days working with two rotational week offs

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Undergraduate and Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience are eligible.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through voice or chat channels and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Manage tasks, and customer queries related to the product and services.
• Communicate professionally with customers and maintain high service quality.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and process guidelines.
