Profile- Customer Support Executive

Salary-

Fresher- upto 22k CTC

Experienced- upto 25k CTC

2. Noida (Sector 127)

Profile- Customer Support Executive+ Upselling

Shuttle facility available for pick-up & drop

Salary:-

Fresher- upto 22k CTC+ Incentives

Experienced- upto 25k CTC + Incentives

BTech and BCA are not eligible for sector 127

3. Gurugram(Sector 18)

Salary-

Fresher- upto 22k CTC

6 months experienced-upto 23k in hand(Apprentice)

1 year experienced- upto 25k CTC

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
• Promote relevant products, premium plans, upgrades, and additional services to existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
