1.Noida

• Process: Voice Process
• Freshers: Up to 18,000 CTC + Incentives
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 25,000 CTC + Incentives

2.Gurgaon

• Process: Voice Process
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
• Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC + Incentives

Job Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Female Candidates: Day Shift
• Other Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
