Job Overview

Regalo Kitchens is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, generate leads through outbound calling, coordinate with the sales team, and encourage customers to visit our showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and explore business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information about modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and bathroom vanities.
• Invite potential customers to visit the showroom and coordinate their visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover, timely follow-ups, and effective client management.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, generated leads, follow-ups, and showroom visits.
• Support the sales team in converting leads into potential business opportunities.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand client requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Experience in the modular kitchen, interior, furniture, or home improvement industry will be an added advantage.
