Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a B2B Seller Support voice process in Bangalore. Candidates should have good English communication skills and very strong Hindi-speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to seller support.
- Assist business sellers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow the process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferred, with experience documented on paper.
- Good English communication skills.
- Very good Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice process.
Salary and Benefits
- CTC: 27,000 per month
- Approximate Take-Home Salary: 21,700 per month
Work Schedule
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
