Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and communication-focused candidates for our US Background Verification Outbound Voice Process. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication
Voice Assessment: Versant 5 Voice Selects only
Typing: Must be comfortable with typing assessments

Salary Details:

Freshers: 17,000 per month in-hand
Experienced Candidates: Up to 22,000 per month in-hand

Work schedule:

Shift Timing: Between 5:30 PM and 6:30 AM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday (fixed)

Transport is available for employees within the applicable service boundaries.

Female Employees: 9:30 PM to 5:00 AM
Male Employees: 12:30 AM to 5:00 AM

Central Line: Ambernath to Ghatkopar
Trans-Harbour Line: Thane to Panvel
Harbour Line: Vashi to Chembur

Transport availability is subject to applicable routes and company policy.
