About RhinoGuards
RhinoGuards sells phone cases, screen protectors and car accessories online across India. Customers reach us on WhatsApp, Instagram and email, and an AI assistant handles the simple questions. You handle everything that needs a person.
What you will do
Reply to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and email within 30 minutes during working hours.
Track orders on our courier dashboard and solve delivery problems.
Handle wrong-item, damaged-item and refund cases using our written policy.
Create replacement orders and follow up until the customer has the product.
Ask happy customers for reviews after delivery.
Send a short daily report of open cases and the top complaint reasons.
What we are looking for
Clear, polite written Hindi and English. Typing speed matters.
Calm with upset customers.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and learning a simple support dashboard.
Freshers welcome. E-commerce or chat support experience is a plus.
Pay and hours
Rs 25,000 to 35,000 a month. Full-time at our office in Sector 56, Gurugram, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00.
How we hire
Shortlisted candidates get a 60-minute paid task (Rs 1,000): reply to 10 real, anonymised customer messages. Then a 30-minute interview at our office.
