Salary: Up to 18k -19k ctc + incentives

Qualification: Graduate & Undergraduate.

Experience: Fresher & Experienced.

2. Stable wifi connection
3. Power backup
4. Headset.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
