Customer Support Executive

About the role

Fitotiffin Foods is a high-protein Indian meal prep and tiffin delivery company based in Vancouver, Canada. We're hiring a remote Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers in Canada.

Shift: Remote, work from home. Night shift IST to cover Canadian (Pacific Time) business hours.

Role & responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and email quickly, politely and accurately (orders, menus, delivery timing, subscriptions, changes and complaints)
• Read and update order sheets, customer lists and delivery data in Google Sheets / Excel
• Accurate data entry of new orders, cancellations, address changes and customer preferences
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team on order issues
• Follow up on missed messages, feedback and pending requests
• Maintain simple daily reports of queries handled and issues raised

Preferred candidate profile:

• 1 to 3 years in customer support, chat/email process, or back-office data entry (international process a plus)
• Excellent written English; Hindi is a plus (Punjabi is a bonus)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / MS Excel (filters, lookups, basic formulas)
• Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet
• Willing to work night shift (IST) consistently
