Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can effectively interact with customers, understand their queries, and provide timely assistance. The role primarily involves handling customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and basic Shopify-related customer support. Male/Female both can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Assist customers with product-related queries and provide accurate information.
• Inform customers about the order dispatch status and expected delivery dates.
• Handle basic customer queries and communication through WhatsApp.
• Manage basic customer-related queries through Shopify.
• Coordinate with the internal team whenever a customer issue requires additional assistance.
• Maintain proper records of customer queries and their resolutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through clear, polite, and helpful communication.
• Handle other basic customer support activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should be confident and comfortable interacting with customers over calls.
• Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Polite, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Shopify will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.

This is strictly a Customer Support role and not a Sales role. There are no sales targets, calling targets, or sales responsibilities associated with this position.

The primary responsibility is to assist customers, resolve their queries, provide order updates, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
