Role & responsibilities

Hamare purane customers ko call karna aur relation banaye rakhna.Unse puchna ki naya kaam / naya project hai kya jaha crane lagegi.WhatsApp par hamari service, nayi crane ki photo/video bhejna.Agar customer naraz hai ya payment issue hai to usko sunna aur solve karwana.Ek hi customer se baar-baar business lana - Repeat Order Target.Har customer ka birthday / festival par wish karna aur company ka naam yaad dilate rehna.Customer ka pura data aur history maintain karna.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with good talking skills.1-4 years experience in Customer Relationship, Client Servicing, Customer Marketing, B2B Marketing me.Bahut polite aur patient hona chahiye, customer ko sun sake.Hindi, Gujarati me achi baat karna aana chahiye. Excel thoda bahut aana chahiye.Vadodara ka local candidate chahiye.

Perks and benefits

Salary 18,000 to 25,000. Location: Makarpura, Vadodara. In-Office Job with some field visits.
