Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for domestic customer support and tele calling roles with leading fintech and financial services companies.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist customers with loan-related, financial service, or account-related queries, depending on the assigned process.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers and maintain proper records.
• Meet customer service and performance targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the specific opening.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi or the required regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer support, telecalling, BPO, BFSI, or fintech experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts, if applicable.
