Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Freshers & Experienced) | Immediate Joiners

Location: Pune (Candidates willing to relocate can also be considered)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts & US Shifts)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Notice Period Candidates will not be considered)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our growing team.

Fresher (0-1 Year Experience)

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory)
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and US shifts
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic understanding of order management processes
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experienced (1+ Years Experience)

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support
• Experience in Order Management (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of order processing, order tracking, customer query resolution, and service request handling
• Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory)
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and US shifts
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
