Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice-based customer service process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions over calls.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Follow defined customer service and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned service and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in customer support, account management, or outbound calling is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service metrics and quality standards will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Language Skills

Candidates with proficiency in English + Hindi and any one of Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil are preferred.
