Salary: 22,000 In-Hand | 27,000 CTC per month

Process Type: Semi-Voice (Inbound Calls & Email Support)

Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives for our fast-growing E-Commerce process. In this role, you will act as the key link between our customer and the brand, handling inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, and providing exceptional customer support via calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with inquiries related to online product orders, delivery delays, damaged items, and mismatched or wrong products received.

* Provide quick and accurate resolutions to customer queries via phone calls and emails (Semi-Voice process).

* Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all customer interactions.

* Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to track and resolve order issues.

* Document customer interactions and issue resolution details accurately in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

* Education: Graduate in any discipline (Candidates currently pursuing graduation are also eligible to apply).

* Languages: Excellent fluency in both English and Hindi (Verbal & Written).

* Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and basic computer knowledge.
