URGENT HIRING CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through Voice/Chat as per process requirements.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Eligibility & Requirements1–5 years of experience in Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English & Hindi communication skills.
- Versant score: 5–6 preferred.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
