Salary;

Fresher; Up to 18k CTC with 3k Quarterly bonus+ Incentives

Experience; Up to 27 K CTC with 3k Quarterly bonus+ Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer issues.
• Maintain customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication and meet customer service targets.
